To assist us in doing so, we would ask that, if possible you arrange to transfer your pet’s previous medical records, if they have any, to us prior to their first visit. If you prefer, we can make arrangements to do so if you provide us with the contact information from your previous veterinarians. If this is not possible then please bring all your pet’s medications and any veterinary history you have on your pet to your first appointment. This is especially important for clients seeking a second opinion and clients who are unaware of their pet’s vaccine status (due date and which vaccines they are due for).
