Practice Manager
Larry O’Grady was born and raised just outside of Smiths Falls on a beef farm.
After high school Larry pursued a Geography degree followed by a Masters Degree in Resource Conservation Management. After graduation from university, Larry spent years managing a Provincial Wetland Conservation Program sponsored by a number of provincial, national and international conservation organizations dedicated to preserving wetlands, and the wildlife and plants they support. Larry returned to farming when the O’Grady’s bought one of the family farms in 1999. Initially running a cattle herd, and the operation has grown over the years and evolved into a cash crop and horse farm. A life long Border collie fan, Larry was an easy convert to the Australian Shepherd, which the family now breeds. An experienced business manager, Larry is the Practice Manager at Campbell Road Veterinary Services. Although busy with farming, Larry can often be found helping out with clients, ensuring the building and grounds are well maintained as well as overseeing the financial aspect of the clinic.
In his spare time, Larry enjoys escorting and chauffeuring the girls to their riding lessons, horse shows and other events.
